Gaayantika is a high school student studying at Vasant Valley School, New Delhi who has an interest in the subjects of economics and finance along with their role in social and economic development. Her specific interests lie in issues like gender, financial inclusion, and entrepreneurship, and she enjoys exploring how increased financial literacy can lead to growth opportunities.

Apart from school work, Gaayantika also pursued thorough training in entrepreneurship and finance-related through the startup summer school of NMIMS and the finance pre-college program of Georgetown University. Apart from that, Gaayantika also participates in various sports, including basketball and football; along with dabbling in music and visual arts.
